Our Staff

As you can imagine, we have staff living in almost every part of Warrington. We allow time to match the right person/s for the right contract. It's of paramount importance to us to get it right. We might not get it right the first time… but we WILL get it right.

Smile Cleaning staff at work Our impressive induction package (sadly, so often lacking in this industry) helps our cleaners settle in, and whilst we often learn from them, we also retrain to destroy any bad habits they may have developed.

During the regular three weekly visits to your site(s) our Area Supervisors, will monitoring the cleaning standards and provide ongoing training for our cleaners so that they may grow and develop with us. They too will ensure that you are totally happy with our progress. And they will deliver any toilet rolls or paper towels etc. that you require.
