What that means is that you will never let us down. If you say you will turn up, you will turn up.

Before we will consider offering you employment you need to know we will not tolerate consistent lateness or absenteeism.

If you are off work three times (for any reason) in any nine month period, we will invoke disciplinary proceedings. If you have worked for us for less than twelve months, you will have failed your probationery period and will be asked to leave.
